It is a portable device, perfect for travels and daily use. I got 2 units in order to have both ankles worked on at once. Preset cycles are perfect. It helps me greatly o my swollen feet.

I’m really happy with these heating ankle braces so far. Getting two in the set is a nice bonus and feels like good value. They’re soft, comfortable, and easy to wear, with a nice inner lining. This foot massager is the best thing I ever bought when my feet hurt so bad I can't stand up I put this on and it totally takes the pain away while I'm wearing it. wore it to around the house all day today and did all my chores with no foot/ankle pain

Have been living with neuropathy for 2 years following chemo treatments. Nothing helped much. I ran across this product and liked that it covered much more of the foot compared to other products. I tried one for a couple of weeks, and noticed a significant improvement. So much so, I have purchased a second one. The results are very noticeable. The variety of settings are also a great feature. The battery life could be better, but the quick recharge time makes up for it.

Not good there are only 5 stars, as I want to give more! This device is simple in looks and operation, but is in fact a very effective physiotherapy device. As far as I understand from my prior experience of dealing with ankle/Achilles injuries, it works on the principle of active release, i.e. application of tension/pressure on specific points, sometimes including heat treatment.

If you're someone who suffers from painful ankles after set amount of use/exercise (or just want a heated ankle massager) this is perfect.

There are three variable settings for the massage vibration, so you can choose from a fairly gentle vibration to a more intense top speed setting, so depending on what you're trying to do, there's a vibration setting for it. Same goes for the heat, which offers three settings as well.

I will say, the pad heats up very quickly, which is great for colder days as well as needing to relive pain quicker. but it does mean you'll probably be adjusting it fairly quickly too, to ensure your comfort level remains.

The material is soft yet strong, and charging and battery length is good.

All in all, a great option for anyone looking to offer some more care for their ankles.

This cordless heated ankle massager does a really good job soothing and relaxing sore and stiff ankles. The heating function works great and being able to choose four different temperature levels allows you to find the right amount of heat to provide relief and comfort.

The massaging effect felt a bit odd at first, but letting it run for a few minutes, I found it really did help with relaxing and soothing my ankle. And it’s nice that it has three levels so you can pick which one you need for a given moment.

What I was glad to see is that you can adjust the heat and vibration settings separately so you can set the temperature to one level and the massage to another, or even just use one function on its own if that's what you prefer.

The built-in timer is another nice feature that lets you set the heating and/or massaging option to run for 20, 30, or 45 minutes. It automatically shuts off after your selected time, so you don't have to worry about remembering to turn it off.

The combination of soft and stretchy material and the heating brace being cordless meant I could walk around with this on if I wanted to. And the lightweight design makes it portable and easy to take on the go.

This is the kind of item that’s great to have on hand when you experience ankle sprains or stiff ankles as it definitely adds a level of comfort and soothing. Very good product.

This ankle massager has been a life saver, I have had a long ankle injury and this has helped with the ongoing pain. I like the fact you can choose if you have heat and/or massage and the battery last for a good amount of time.

Honestly, I love it. I'm a big girl about 290 pounds. I do house cleaning and ALOT of it, my foot absolutely aches most of the time I found the vibrators to be extremely strong. you could manipulate the wrap any which way you want to have the vibrators, anywhere on your foot, top, side, bottom. I really like that part. Goes for up to 45 "not 20 like I said in video"" minutes of use on a full battery and that's useing it on all settings on High . You can lock it so you can walk around and it won't switch up on you. I found the heat setting to be extremely hot. Almost too hot, but that's how it should be ! just lower the settings if you find it too much, they have different temperature options. You can set it up. It's a really quick charge time. It takes like 15 minutes to charge her up, maybe less. I highly recommend this product. If you have a sore foot or ankle, would probably work great on the arm too. I did my research to checked Amazon reviews and similar options for hoooourrsss!! And this is the one !!
