30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To start a return, email moventrx@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Do not send a package back before contacting us. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, the authorized return address and a prepaid return shipping label.

Return condition

You may open and reasonably try moventrx as part of the 30-day guarantee. Please return the device, included accessories and original packaging where practical. Returns may be refused if the product has been damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or use that is inconsistent with the supplied instructions.

For a 2 Pack order, both units must normally be returned unless our support team confirms otherwise in writing.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include photographs when possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been received and reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
