Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping destinations, delivery options and charges are calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Currency

Storefront prices and checkout charges are shown in US dollars unless Shopify clearly displays another currency for your location. Your card provider may apply its own currency-conversion fee.

Processing and delivery

Orders require processing before shipment. Any processing or delivery window shown on the storefront, at checkout or in an order email is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delays can occur because of carriers, customs, weather, holidays or events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may require time to begin showing movement after a label is created.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact moventrx@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Duties and import charges

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage or import charges unless those amounts are collected at checkout. The customer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help.
