Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Moventrx online store and your purchase of products from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Returns & Refunds, Shipping & Delivery and Privacy policies.

Products and wellness information

moventrx is a personal comfort and relaxation product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Follow the supplied instructions and safety warnings. Individual experiences vary.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory problems or an obvious pricing error. Prices are shown in the currency identified on the storefront or at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before you submit payment.

Product information

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, and minor updates to packaging or product presentation may occur. We may correct errors and update information when needed.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content in a way that violates applicable law, impersonate another person or use the store for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The Moventrx name, original store copy, graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to Moventrx and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moventrx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store or product. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
